Everyone has different styles when it comes to decorating the house for Christmas; some of us have our go-to decorations while others like to mix it up with different themes or something new each year. Homebase would like to know what you'd pick from their range to refresh your collection of decorations and have on display in your home (budget no issue smile).

Here’s what Homebase has to say: “At Homebase we have everything you need to make your Christmas sparkle, from trees and baubles, to giant inflatables and twinkly lights. Click here to check out our Christmas range and please share your favourite decorations below.”

How about this snowy tree? Or a Poinsettia Wreath for your door? Or even some cute Santa fairy lights?

To get you in the mood, here's some tips on decorating your tree:

Have a look at the site and share what would make it into your basket this year! Everyone who posts on the thread will be entered into a prize draw to win a £300 voucher of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck!

Artificial snow grass, artificial cotton snow and spray with a selection of Christmas garden lights and figures for my Granddaughter to have her own Winter wonderland! Her laughter and smiles at it would be fantastic!

Our tiny cottage has a thatched roof and white exterior walls... a little white Christmas tree would look wonderful in each window and the snow tipped berry and pinecone wreath is just perfect for the front door ! Merry Christmas everyone !

Love the trees but unfortunately I can only have a very slim tree . I particularly like the berry wreath and window lights .

I would choose a 7.5ft Silver Glitter Tipped Pre-Lit Artificial Christmas Tree and a 32 Inch Silver Glitter Tipped Wreath.

Debbied Sun 26-Nov-17 09:52:49

I would decorate my tree with lots and lots of gold xmas snowflake, with an assortment of Santa baubles, as my grandsons are coming to stay, and if money was no object
I would have lots of the inflatables in the garden.

Pumpkin2 Sun 26-Nov-17 10:02:38

I'd choose a simple Merry Christmas sign.

I'd go for the white Christmas tree light because I have various tree shaped ornaments that I treasure and would be happy to add to.

As our lounge is not very large, I really am tempted this year by the 6ft green slim artificial Christmas tree, it should fit in nicely.
Just need the Grandkids' approval first!!!
