Just a thought Rachella. Instead of asking GNetters to send notice of error messages etc would it not save time if the techies had their own GNet accounts. They could then see first hand any foul ups in the system. Not that we don’t want to help of course but sometimes one could expire before an answer is forthcoming.
Please do let us know what error messages you're getting so we can pass it on to our tech team. I've passed on your information about gateway errors and slow loading to our tech team and they've asked for some more information. If you could send us:

They'll be able to address the situation more quickly.
