Council tax scam

I had an email today allegedly from the council tax office. The email said that my account was in credit and I could claim back the overpaid money.
I hovered over the email address and it showed an address in Belgium. I googled the address and it said it was a youth charity so I am assuming the scammers had spoofed the address.
Be wary and do not give your bank details for a refund.
