RSPCA nightmare

I read about this too on facebook,poor horses,its disgusting
There are so many abused and neglected horses these days,just dumped or owners leaving them with no food or water
I saw the pictures too, heartbreaking,sad

Shocked at BBC news about neglected horses found at Stoke Prior, West Midlands. It appears that they were found without food or water, emaciated and one dead at a 'rescue' establishment which the RSPCA used. The poor animals were then either shot or transported to Wales when local horse owners were willing to take them and care for them.
