Dumb animal?

All our dogs were male rescues and intact. They were all over 5.

Tell Barney that boy dogs don't need neutering unless for medical reasons. In a civilised country where dogs do not run loose and almost all girl dogs are spayed there is no justification for it.

Barney almost saved himself a trip to the vet but he was not fast enough.
