Everyone would have known who you meant MT62. Yes it was a tragic end to her life . I didn't know her funeral was today. Don't let a spelling problem worry you. With it being a private funeral I'm sure those who mourned her loss cared very much.

I didn’t know that much about her but watched a couple of programmes with her in them, & found I liked her no-nonsense approach to life.
Shame what happened to her.
Glad she got a nice send off in a respectful manner.

The thing is, on a site where accuracy, stats, evidence etc are demanded by so many posters, it's inevitable that other posters will automatically correct mistakes in names and dates.

I wasn’t trying to rear up trouble.
I was going to comment that my granny always thought it sad to be burying someone on a roasting hot day, and it just popped in my head whilst watching Anne’s funeral.
When my granny died one November she had three foot of snow. So she got her wish.
Not that anyone is interested in my Gran.
I looked to see if there was a thread, but surprisingly none to be found.

We have friends coming to stay this weekend that were here close neighbours and knew her reasonably well.

I’m sure they will tell us all they know.

She was often at our son’s school in Lancashire giving talks and more than once for prize giving, she was very popular.

A lovely lady with a wicked sense of humour.
