I have more respect, as do my friends , than NF can ever have.

This story seems to have gone cold. The latest update I could find was on the 21 May. Is it being investigated?

I do listen to Farage but dismiss what he says.

I thought NF just said what most of us think. Whereas 2TK was his usual unemotional dead-behind-the-eyes self.
(I can't ever see him without remembering the awful photo of him 'taking the knee' after the death of the American drug addict and serial offender)
.
NF did not, does not, and never will speak for me or any of my family members.
Also, what a vile thing to say about Starmer!
“Basgetti

That is sad- meanwhile he resurfaced at PMQs today to exploit the murder of Henry Novak for his own political gain.
He really is the lowest of the low, isn’t he? Kicking the Nowak family when it’s down. Despicable.“
What makes this particularly despicable is that it’s exactly what the family said they did not want!
It’s incredibly disrespectful and, in my own eyes and opinion, a little like Trump encouraging the White House (or wherever it was) riots.
Are there no depths to which these two won’t drop??
Disgusting!
Neither Trump nor Farage reflect my beliefs/views or moral compass.
Exactly , Cossy. I do wish posters would stop their generalisations . Farage and his posse do not speak , think , or deliberate for me,. ~They never have and they never will.
The multi-millionaire Farage, mini Trump, does not speak for me or anyone I know.
I am of the same frame of mind as LizzieDrip. Too many listen to Farage's headlines but don't ask for details of how he will stop the boats etc. The UK would have had a better deal with the EU if Farage had attended the European Parliament as he should have. I read that there were 40 planned meetings to do with fishing policies but he only ever attended 2 of them. He ranked in the last 5 of the worst MEPs. Farage has declared his current earnings - most of which is not to do with parliamentary work. YET the stupid horrible people still think that man is the messiah. That is why I agree with LizzieDrip.

No, I think he said what some people think - you are obviously in that group.
However I cannot think of even one person that I know who would think like this. I had an elderly relative who might possibly have thought like this once upon a time - but they are no longer alive.
Their views, and Farage's, are not the norm these days, in my opinion, thankfully.
Farage talks the talk but he doesn't walk the walk. Old saying. He does a lot of talking but does absolutely nothing.
Well I read a couple of days ago that he has now missed 70 consecutive votes in the HoC. As he’s rarely in his constituency and hasn’t conducted even one surgery, what is he doing??

I’d be happy to meet these most of us people.
Aside declaring he’ll stop the boats (which both the current and the previous govt failed to do), stopping all benefits (presumably only for those aged between 18-67?) and now singing the national anthem at the end of all council meetings, what else is he interested in?
He denies (now) wanting to privatise the NHH, and I have no idea what Reforms policies (contracts?) are regarding education, housing, homelessness, Armed Forces, The Arts, justice, policing, taxes (of every sort), backfilling job shortages in Nursing/GPs/Dentists/Police/Teaching, AI policy, unemployment in general, nursery school places, social care, etc etc etc.
Can anyone enlighten me please?
Though I’m still waiting for the how/how much/when of his “stop the boats” policy!
The government is so frightened of Farage they will say anything to discredit him.

He manages to discredit himself quite well.

Do you honestly believe what you have just written? Please give me evidence and examples to back up this statement.
Its/ a pity Farage didn't follow in Starmer's and his cronies footsteps. i.e. - deleting all the awkward bits from his reports re offering Mandleson that job!
It was a gift, big or small, a gift is a gift they try every trick in the book to discredit Farage, same with Trump, both great leaders
farage is nothing more than a cheap copy of Trump. He’s dishonest, racist, exploitative and self seeking. He doesn’t speak for me or anyone in my family or friends.
He’s dangerous, incites violence with no care for those hurt

????? I don’t think the govt are frightened of him, or Restore or Reform, I think both the present govt and their main opposition, are thoroughly fed up with these people and their ilk!

👏👏👏👏
Reform has received £9 million, mainly from crypto billionaires, in the first three months of this year, more than twice that of Labour and the Tories which each received about £4 million each from private donations in the same period. Between them, Farage and Reform's donations account for about one third of all private money flowing into politics in the first quarter.
There are seriously wealthy benefactors who want a Reform win at the next General Election. I wonder why?

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Oh dear!
It was a gift, he didn’t declare it and now he’s stated it was for security? Security for what? He’s rarely in Clacton, he doesn’t run surgeries, he’s barely in parliament?
The guy has had attempts on his life and been attacked. The reality of being in England now it seems given we have lost two MPs is Public places. The money is/was for security. I'm ok with that

If you want to start yet another thread about Starmer and Mandeson, please do so. Whataboutery and deflection on the N&P threads are extremely annoying.

He doesn’t go anywhere or do anything which constitutes security of this nature! As an MP, like every other MP, Farage will get an allowance for security.
