A judge is not happy. (Bush era judge) And has summoned the acting ICE person to appear in court and explain himself. I would love to see him found on contempt of court and spend some time in jail, I doubt it will happen.

Quick update. I know very little about all this so far as I am busy today, but this is good news.

It is being reported that Federal Agents have started leaving Minneapolis today, along with Bovino. I am unsure how many are leaving though. They certainly do not need to outnumber the local police officers.

Rumor has it that Noem has agreed to sit in front of the Judiciary Committee. Chuck Grassley is in charge and he has been inviting her to appear for months. I know there is talk about having enough votes to impeach her. We will see if that rumor is true.

I am seeing that ICE presence has increased in Arizona, as are protests. Hopefully it isn't our next hot spot, and if it is, we get it shut down quickly.

Well here is a bit of a twist. I think we may have found what is going to unite Conservatives and Liberals against Trump. The Second Amendment.

Liberals have been arming themselves lately. The LGBTQ community is one of the fastest growing groups sadly. They are refusing to get rid of their guns any time soon. And we know how MAGA feels about their guns. Both groups are looking at each other and then side eyeing Trump together due to his comments. The NRA even spoke out about it.

Whatever it takes. I don't think Trump wants to take on the Second Amendment. That is the one that will take him down. Literally and figuratively I suppose. Hopefully we can keep our eyes on the prize and bring more people to the light every time he opens his mouth.

I will say that my opinion is that he finally is threatening something that affects them. So far, they haven't been the ones suffering since it isn't their speech, religion and skin color being targeted. The Don't Tread On Me crowd is finally about to be tread on and they don't seem happy right now.

The whole problem with the US is that everyone could be armed, it makes those in authority like police and immigration jumpy so that they shoot first and ask questions later.

Alex Pretti was on the ground and his gun removed before he was shot so there was clearly no intention of asking him any questions.

ICE sightings are up in our Capital the last few days, so it appears they are spreading like a bad virus now.

So this happened. They had a special election and both Dems one. One of them by 95% I heard. If that is true, I don't think I have ever seen That happen before.

Republicans should be worried.

The agents involved in the shooting have been placed on leave, it is being reported. That is SOP for investigations of officer involved shootings.

Seems as though Noem is throwing Miller under the bus and Miller is throwing the agents, now on leave from their jobs, under the bus.

I read earlier that Miller (?) said something about the gun accidentally misfiring and that is why the agents shot him. Except there is no evidence of the gun firing at all in the video, which means if it were fired, it would have been after the murder happened.

The NRA and the other gun associations are being very vocal about combating the Trump admin’s rhetoric on legal, peaceful protesters exercising their lawful rights to carry arms. The gun lobby in the US is very powerful. They’ve managed to successfully challenge gun laws in the bluest of blue states, and have been staunchly Republican for as far as I can remember. This is an interesting clash for sure. The man they’ve donated millions to is openly opposing the very foundation of their existence.

My son is saying he is seeing an increase of people of all backgrounds at the shooting range in his town lately. Trump forgets that the 2nd Amendment exists for false kings and their anti-people governments. The gun lobby and other Republicans will indeed rein him in on this issue. Guaranteed.

I never in a million years expected to watch the NRA turn on Trump.

Democrats just blocked the spending bill. We are headed for another shut down over ICE funding. This nice "we will do better act" press conference doesn't change my mind at all. Especially since Homan just called Minneapolis a theater, as if we are a war zone.

I am proud of my fellow Americans right now for standing up for what is right. Hopefully this turns the tide
