Netanyahu cares as much about the hostages as he does about the Palestinians.
Israelis are now getting wise to this and I predict widespread protests in Israel this weekend.
Especially seeing as Hamas has sure wat agreed to a ceasefire in order to release the hostages.
Quite frankly Netanyahu strikes me as a sociopath with such little regard for human life on either side of the divide.

Because the IDF will just kill them all. This isn’t a case of Hamas just walking out arms in the air waving a little white flag, if a ceasefire isn’t declared they will be shot dead.

Palestinians in Gaza city have taken to the streets and begging for an end to the war. They are refusing to be pushed out to the camps in the south.
Israelis also want this war over.
I doubt Netanyahu is listening.

Israel has no choice but to take every steps to eradicate this imported regime.

Gazans are not in a position to realise anything, they are hardly sat like us in our comfy armchairs having this debate, they are totally powerless, homeless, starving, and with no hope. So I doubt they any longer have an opinion on Hamas or upon any other form of governance.

Anyway, Hamas are as good as defeated and willing to call a ceasefire in order to release the hostages but the Israeli government won’t consider it, despite increasing numbers of Israelis crowding onto the streets critisizing Netanyahu and demanding an end to the war so their loved ones will be released.

That’s ok looks like the IDF are hell bent upon upping the death toll to meet your particular standards when it comes to genocide.

That's what I fear. Israel has already killed most of the Hamas leaders. The remaining leaders are in Qatar. Israel will never succeed in killing the ideology behind Hamas. Flattening Gaza City will result in more Palestinian deaths - undoubtedly some IDF soldiers will be killed too. The hostages might very well be killed by Israeli tanks and guns or Hamas might kill them before they're killed themselves. What will Israel do then?
