Yes, it does make a change ronib, a very threatening one. Imagine any PM of the UK stating their intention to take over other countries

Makes a change from hearing about the £22 billion black hole which has been the main message from day one. I don’t know which load of b……. will pay out but as a guess, it will be Trump.
