I cannot find any such reference: any assumption must be from social media.

Writers ie posters here and publishers ie GN MN here are potentially in jeopardy of criminal sanction if ignoring the strict liability rule.

This was a very sad case, as was the case of Rhiannon Skye White.

She was stabbed to death by a migrant.

There should be no question when it comes to deportation.

The Contempt of Court Act 1981 section 1.
Strict liability rule.
By ignoring it you are putting not only yourself but GN in jeopardy of criminal sanction.

A terrible ordeal for the poor nurse. Hope he is imprisoned for a long time so he can't attack any more nurses or anyone else.
