I didnt see the journalist being shot post before I posted. However that sentiment was expressed on here when trump was shot and was quite a common refrain elsewhere.

There's more to this than just upsetting journalists.

Trump has called journalists 'enemies of the people' and has dismissed legitimate journalism as 'fake news'. He has threatened to seize emails and phone records. He has said "We’re going to come after people in the media”.

Who knows what that kind of inflammatory language might lead to? We all know there are some loonies around who will follow through. There is anecdotal evidence that some journalists in the US have already been physically assaulted.

Oh dear oh dear! Perhaps it's a scam, no one could be that pathetic!! Alarming fault lines? More like the result was 'Too big to rig?!' The arrogance of the left knows no bounds.
