Could Kamala Harris Sue Trump For Slander?

They seem to go in for slander ( US election time candidates) so I don’t expect they take each other to court over it.
I disagree that the so called comedian who called Puerto Rico an island of floating garbage should be sued, his joke or his opinion, free speech y’know?
There’s too much litigation anyway and mostly the only winners are the lawyers.

I find nothing to admire in Melania Trump. I expect her comments were agreed as part of their election campaign, a strategic move

Personally I cannot bear the man, I admired his wife openly admitting her stance on abortion rights, which are opposed to his.

I read recently he was a close friend of Epstein in the past.

There are many photographs of Trump and Epstein together.

What would be the point. None of the other cases where he's been found guilty have led to anything much.

Were either of them to sue the other it would only enrich the lawyers.

The only decent role makers they can be Iam are as examples of what not to be.

What about all the 'garbage' referred to by Biden? Could they sue for defamation of character?
