They are in the 20 MayBee70. - but the majority of the 38 went for reasons of fraud, sexual misconduct or political activities of some kind. That is a lot of MPs in my view.

Let’s not also forget the good, decent MP’s that lost the whip because they stood up to Johnson.

Discussion on another thread got me thinking about MPs who have the Whip withdrawn. There are currently 18, and another 20 have had it withdrawn at some point during this parliament, and have either resigned their seats, been reinstated or joined another party. By my reckoning that’s 1 in 20 MPs - isn’t that shocking!
