Well he said he was at his home in Scotland. Alaister Campbell confirmed it and there was an image of them sat opposite each other.

That's one way of looking at it.

Another way is that 50 million people in England are getting to decide on Scotland's future. I don't think that would go down so well.

Another way to look at it is there are just over 66million people in the U.K. shouldn’t they all have a say as to what happens to the Union as it will effect all of them in one way or another?

So imagine that we did go that route. And say the vote overwhelmingly said we should dissolve the Union. The Union is four countries. So if Wales voted overwhelmingly to stay in the Union, but the rUK vote overwhelmed that, would they just get told "sorry lads, you're on your own?"

So everybody gets a vote on Scotland's future. But if England, Wales and NI think we should leave, and Scotland votes that we want to stay, we get ejected from the Union anyway. Or if the majority of the rUK voters think we should stay, but we want to go, you'd stop us.

Its not really working out well this, is it?

Yes. Maybe best to by-pass a referendum and just jump straight to UDI.

Wingsoverscotland have always been against her and it and Stuart Campbell is a disgrace.

And I write this as someone who agrees that she has been dragging her heels.

...and she leads the SNP not the independence movement.

People really need to try to understand the difference, not least because voting for independence is not the same as voting for perpetual rule by the SNP. In fact, quite the opposite - it's highly likely that the SNP would splinter very quickly after independence.

Ah, now we are in a parallel universe. I don't know your politics Cathymac but using Stuart Campbell as a source of sensible comment about Nicola?
