It wasn’t an argument at all.
I was just saying I had never heard that convention. Camilla in a veil would have been bonkers and I didn’t see Eugenie’s wedding outfit. I just think that a major royal wedding such as Harrys would possibly require a veil but I definitely was not putting forward an “argument”, dear oh dear.

Think back - her father decided not to attend so Meghan walked part of the way herself, and Charles took her the rest. At the time she was much admired for how she reacted to her father’s behaviour.

janejudge I understood that the veil is to protect the bride from evil spirits by disguising her. That’s why she has bridesmaids too - so the devil doesn't know which one she is.
