I read a comment online which said "If this is how Harry is after 4 years of therapy, he should ask for a refund!"

Not wanting to make light of his issues but good therapy is supposed to lead you into moving on with your life, and he isn't doing that, despite having everything he said he wanted.

Well done Harry for speaking up.

Through no fault of his own, he's lived his life in the public eye. He's still doing exactly that. The public and the palace can't have it all ways.

Harry isn’t doing himself any favours. He obviously has serious issues and they should be dealt with in private, blaming his family in front of the world is so wrong on every level. I think he is being egged on by Meghan, she is toxic. It is time he took a leaf out of brother’s book and lived by his grandmother’s mantra, Never complain, Never explain. Very, very sad.

Who are any of us to tell someone who's suffered a heinous loss how to grieve? Everyone does it in their own way and no-one, Prince or beggar, should be subjected to the judgmental "pull yourself together, get a grip, you should be over it by now" school of thought when struggling with overwhelming grief.

I just wish he would give it a rest, what actually is he hoping to achieve by all this self pity. I will say though he looks ill.

I too felt for the young boys walking behind their Mother's coffin, and can understand what Harry meant when he talked about sharing the grief with people who did not know her. In fact, I was sickened by the wailing and sobbing from some people lining the streets, some shouting out 'Diana!' in anguish, it must have been very traumatic for two young boys. However, it is sad to see the fracture in the family, and the ever increasing rift as Harry carries on with his very public trashing and blaming of everyone. He is a very unhappy man and I suspect he will always be so.

Harry can be a celebrity by talking about his family, who would
want to interview him if was an ordinary British chap who had been in the army and has now moved to America. Meg knows this.

I agree maddyone trust is so important in personal relationships and I don't see how anyone in the RF or Meghan's, apart from her mother, could ever trust them again.

I think it unlikely that Harry and Meghan will ever be able to reconcile with either of their families after the public trashing in both cases.

Only a month ago, after the interview, their friend Gayle King was saying Prince Harry and Meghan wanted the family to be "united" and "together." She also said she thought their talking to Oprah "was actually about building bridges with Harry's Royal relatives."
Roll on few more weeks of RF bashing, and I would say Harry and Meghan are certainly going about reconciliation in a very strange manner.

He was outed by the press, which meant they put his life in danger. He was 23 years old and had to stop doing what he was good at, by all accounts.

Have some empathy, for goodness sake.

The "main problem here" is two members of a family; H & M. There are sadly, plenty of other families facing the same problem, but thankfully they are not known and no one is going to pay to have them trashed on the world stage.

He's digging a pit. I don't really care as it's not what I want but he's not doing himself any favours is he.

I know from personal experience that moving on from a traumatic experience and embracing what one has now brings happiness and peace Alegrias.

It doesn't make the trauma magically disappear, nothing will, but constantly picking at the wound means it will never begin to heal.

You could maybe all phone him, or drop him a line.

So many people seem to know exactly what he should be doing and seem very put out that he's not doing exactly what they want.

I'm sure he'd love to hear the advice.

He's fixated on the past and unless he's prepared to move on and embrace what he has now, he'll never be happy or be at peace with himself.

Losing public support with his incessant outpourings, trashing his family and given his self-imposed exile, it is hard to see how he can continue with what, probably, was his biggest achievement - The Invictus Games.

You and your family must be so very proud of what your daughter has achieved AGAA4. Our son in law was 15y when his father died and he is a man now in his mid 40’s. He is such a great father himself, a wonderful husband to our daughter and works hard.

I suppose in fairness to Harry though, his grieving was on show to the whole world. No real privacy for him although I expect the RF did their very best (why not - they loved him) in very emotional and trying circumstances.

I agree with many on here in that Harry seems rudderless. He needs more purpose to his life. Yes it’s wonderful he’s happy with a wife and family of his own now but he needs to mend some bridges with his family, sort his head out by addressing his sorrow but then to man up - because ultimately one cannot change the past only learn to accept it, move on and find a role that engages him.
