That isn't the point GrannyGravy. However many times you have "said" you respect others points of view, it is your actions that matter. On this occasion, when it came to people not consenting to the vote when they believe it does not have democratic legitimacy, you most certainly did not show any respect for that point of view.
You started by calling them "sad losers". You inferred they were not "gentlemen or gentleladies" if they did not accept the vote, you also inferred a lack of grace while you attributed such grace to your own actions. You put your own view of what constitutes "good manners" above the democratically held views of others. None of this could be seen as respecting the other point of view.
I have to say I really wonder if you know what the word "respect" actually means after that barrage of discourteous, rude, impolite, uncivil, unmannerly, ungracious, and inconsiderate disrespect.
