I did it though DEC s text number 70000

there are several links that come up when googling all apparently leading to the DEC site and this particular appeal.

I couldn’t find it either when I tried to donate via Charities Aid so I went with another earthquake relief charity.
As long as the money reaches them I am happy to use any reputable agency, but worry sometimes about overlapping agencies.

I meant to do it yesterday but events overtook.
