I thought his speech was most impressive - after the bromance yesterday with Trump I am so glad that he stood up in Congress and spoke with passion - and audacity about what matters to us all.

Yes, impressive and encouraging. And although his speech was probably grammar-checked for him his English and ease of using it puts to shame our ministers’ inability/refusal to speak French.
