I worked in tv and film production, and experienced several "casting couch" occasions when applying for production jobs. I got through unscathed, but was frightened and very upset - I was 18 and fresh out of college, they were older, influential and (two of them) well known. How do others cope? And surely, this is not confined to the tv/film world?
