If you vote Conservative who will be Prime Minister

I have read so many suggestions- from Johnson to Rudd. Not sure how that works as it will be yet another unelected PM

We started with a Theresa May personality election but now I feel people will be conned if they vote Conservative. It was all about May; the so called strong and stable May. It was almost as if Amber Rudd was auditioning tonight.

If the Tories win, May should stay until the Tories have another vote on the leader - like next month.

On not being there in Cambridge tonight, it could well be said, that since the bombings last week she has been involved in chairing Cobra meetings, going over to attend the G7 meetings and electioneering here at home.Rather more weighty matters than just electioneering as all the others have been doing.I can't think that being in Cambridge for the debate ( I use the word loosely) would have progressed her case, because I don't think it did that for anyone there tonight, it was a shambles.

When Corbyn and May did the audience/Paxman interviews there was only a very small percentage of the population watching, can't remember the actual figures but round about 2 million.

Isn't the 'brexit stuff' on hold until after the election, Tegan2? Can't be that so it must be the Somerset goats. I'm very interested in the political stuff on TV and the radio, DH is getting fed up with me and demanding to live in a 'warm and sunny country where no-one bothers me about elections'. I don't think he'll be getting his wish.

You are so right Tegan. The May campaign really do think people will believe bilge don't they. They have said she is ready for the negotiations. This is the person with the government offices behind her who has called a general election that ends 11 days before the negotiations are due to begin. That's really putting party before country. Bilge and yet more Bilge.
