It's long, but I like a lot of that article. Thanks for the link, HollyD. Quite a lot of tongue in cheek but a good deal of sound sense too, e.g. electoral reform to actually make it democratic.

He's got some good points - I like the idea of maluses - claw back for losses - for example. And I've often thought that if you break the law (I mean murder not a minor infringement) you've lost certain rights...
