oh - I was saying to DH that he (Sachs) has a wonderfully soothing voice and missed that moment! hmm Shifted to the short and diplomatic answer didn't he, instead of a long analysis of the region's troubles.

I heard it.

He'd make a good politician - saying what he really thinks and when realising that he's on air smoothly slipping into talk of peace.

Did anyone hear the remark Jonathan Sacks made on the programme this morning. It was at the end of thought for today. The presenter asked him what his thoughts were on what is going on in the middle east. He didn't know he was still on air.
