Gave my poor dog a sedative because there were firworks going off in the village, put the telly on loud to drown out the sound and, what did we have on the telly; fireworks.....It did all look very impressive though, especially the 'Madness' bit.

GOK?

j04 Mon 04-Jun-12 23:06:42

I thought it was fantastic from start to finish. Loved the laser effects.

I think the Queen was well cheered up by the end of it. Was good when they all shouted for the Duke.

Lenny Henry is being. Great as ever!

glammanana Mon 04-Jun-12 21:55:36

Alfie Bow is wonderful such a fabulous voice and Sir Tom can certainly hold the crowds,I think Elton John should hang up his piano and retire gracefully as he did not come across very well at all.I can't understand why Grace Jones was invited ? The song "Sing" was marvelous well done to all involved, such a pity The Duke has been taken into hospital lets hope he recovers quickly.

pompa Mon 04-Jun-12 21:50:45

Yes, she is looking very down, I do hope her husband is Ok.
