Get yourself to a good gynaecologist, go on HRT if you’re a candidate ( the risks there once were are now very minimal and actually prevent osteoporosis, do some research to see what you think will suit you so you have a little background and will know what to ask before seeing the dr) and invest in natural fibre clothes that breathe, cotton, linen, etc. This is oversharing, and my husband would be horrified, but this product is wonderful, it took forever to find something for the symptoms of dryness but this works for me ( not just for martial relations
