Scribbles do I need to book Lion & Royal?

Forgot to say shall we go for 11am? I am wanting to us my bus pass while we still have them and cannot use until after 9.30 unless you would prefer a later time?

11:30 or 12:00 would suit me better because I also travel on a freebie pass and couldn't get into Lincoln with it in time to get to Grantham by 11:00.
As for booking: the first meet I organised, we booked a table in the restaurant. For the second one, we just gathered for coffee and sandwiches in the reception/seating area. What do people prefer?

So shall we say 12am no mad rushing that way I am easy either way happy to go with the flow. The coffee and sandwiches was relaxing I wasn't at the first.

November 22 would be good for me. In addition to the A&R car park there are 2 public car parks close to the venue. If travelling by bus there is a bus stop close to the A&R, the Lincoln bus stops there. If you need further details send me a message.

Interested - I live in a village close to Grantham. A&R is a good venue, has its own car park and there are 2 public car parks close by. The Lincoln bus stops close to the A&R, a long journey but it does pick up in a lot of villages which might be useful for some people. November 22 would be good for me.

Yes I believe we will be partaking of lunch. I think we agreed not in the restaurant but lounge area, not sure if we need to book I shall give them a call

I'm sorry but I won't be able to make it on Friday after all. Life has suddenly gone a bit chaotic and my week has run out of days!!!😤

I am so sorry but I have to bail out I now have my FIL and my husband in hospital.

Good idea, Keeper. Maybe around the end of January/early Feb when, hopefully, the worst of winter will be done and everyone could do with something cheerful and sociable to look forward to.

Hopefully we may be able to meet up in the new year at a time suggested by Scribbles when the weather should be better - Grantham area had heavy snow fall overnight, and the forecast for the rest of the week is not brilliant.

Good job I checked as I’d be driving up from the London area on that date. Have we ensured all those interested know the change of plan?
