Home again after a lovely catch up with the Glasgow Grans. It was so nice to meet you all and put faces to names. Thank you Bridie and Marydoll for organising this.

I had to check, my train ticket was still valid!! # numptyontour!.

I arrived home an hour ago. Taking advantage of being in town, I popped into a few shops in Buchanan St. and had to be reminded in Frasers they were closing in 10 mins! Phew. Happy with my purchases though.

So nice to meet up with you Ms Agutter. ?

Oh, yes….those sexy leggings I found in your bag Marydoll and….you took a tart home for Mr.MD!! Mr K was happy with two bags of the little chocolate Easter eggs kindly donated.

Marydoll, it was a right faff trying to return a cardigan I’d bought on line. I’d checked before I left home and apparently all I had to do was log into my account and show the returns barcode. Hah! The blessed barcode refused to show itself in the shop, a manager had to be summoned and persuaded that no, I couldn’t come back another time, and that they must have the technology to refund me. After some time they discovered that this was indeed the case and I got my refund. Sadly I couldn’t find anything to buy instead. When did Marks start selling Hobbs, Phase Eight and Seasalt? I thought I’d wandered into John Lewis by mistake.

For a woman who doesn’t like shopping Kalu, you seem to have done well today. ?. I look forward to a Waitrose date.

A dress which I did not need caught my eye. It was reduced to £109, I put it back!!!

I did find the missing bus pass, but sadly not the earring. Those face masks are a curse!!!

It was really lovely to see you all. I had good speaks to most of you but not enough with others.
There are a couple of photos on my camera but I'll not go public with them until I have sent them to Marydoll for inspection I think Espee took the photos to avoid being in them.

Probably too late to add this, but thanks to everyone for yesterday. I have been busy today and just remembered the eggs which you so kindly brought. Topsy. The coloured ribbons are a lovely thoughtful touch and I’m going to share them tomorrow at lunch with some retired colleagues.
I would love to meet again in the summer, you were all smashing!
