I didn’t manage to get to the Glasgow one last year either, the last meet-up I was at was in Edinburgh.

It would be lovely if we could get together before the end of the year.

Is Dumfries close enough to be considered a suburb of Glasgow?

Dumfries is only only one hour and fifty minutes by train from Glasgow.
If posters can travel from York to Edinburgh for a meet up or Inverness to the Glasgow one, travelling from Dumfries is a dawdle. ?

Chapeau, many grans travel for free, using their bus pass! Thats why we have it at 1 o'clock, close to the bus station.
