I love that I have an open plan lounge kitchen. Unfortunately I don’t like some of the smells left over from my cooking. Fish, roast dinner, that sort of thing. I can’t shut them away. . Has anyone used anything that’s been successful in eliminating odours, thanks.

I'm open plan too. So I bought a small pure air machine with hepa filter. It does help.

Thank you for all your helpful and not so helpful suggestions. Yes I will open windows and doors the following day, but it’s the smell immediately obvious after cooking.

Possibly if you don’t want cooking smells don’t cook. Most homes tend to have cooking smells after someone has cooked no matter if open plan or not

IMO the best smell in a home (other than lovely meals, etc.) is no smell! Open windows every time, for us!
