What’s the best gadget you’ve ever bought?

I now have a whole wall of worktop with gadgets - bread maker, ninja, instant pot (at least it replaced the steamer and slow cooker) , microwave, coffee machine, mixer and slicer. I'm too lazy to put them away, so now, I really do desperately need one of those pull-down metal roller shutters to hide them all!

A simple garlic crusher is my life changing gadget. So easy to use and clean.
