If you did have it from Next I don't rate your chances with them. A friend ordered a sofa from them in September never got it. But at least they refunded her money. No explanation why she didn't get what she paid for . Can recommend a good mattress made by Highgrove it's called Florence (old name Onyx) Bishops beds excellent company and cheapest for these mattresses.
