DH has some health issues but is trying to retain his independence as long as possible, including cooking. I was concerned that pans on our gas hob could possibly tip up, so we’ve just bought an induction hob. I like it very much, but we find that saucepans have a tendency to slip slightly when stirring. I’ve read that this can happen if the base of the pan is warped, but a brand new pan also slips. Has anyone any suggestions?
