Everyone has his/her own choice. I am attached with EDF Energy for more than 30 years. Whenever I face any problem with my electricity meter, calling to EDF Customer service (http://qwikfix.co.uk/edf-contact-number/) always solves the problem . Last month I exchanged my electricity meter with Smart meter and it is working well. But sometimes during wind it leads to power cut. I brought this fact before EDF Customer Service and they noted my complaint. Line man visited our house and fitted the meter in proper manner. Since then I am not facing any problem.
