Thanks for the heads up, Whiff! It's good to let people know in advance so they can prepare. If you know someone who might be startled by the alert, maybe remind them to switch off or keep their phone somewhere safe.

There will be an emergency alert sounded and vibrate on your phone at 3pm. If you or loved one effected by sound make sure you are safe ..
