I thought I was doing quite well at 74. I walk 3/4 miles a day ,swim a mile a week and muck outa horse twice a week no other medication apart from h.r.t. and no real aches or pains...but then
during a massage I said I had a twinge in my shoulder and was recommended to see a chiropractor.
£150 later ,I have been assessed and given a report that suggests my spine is in a dire state!!
The course of treatment suggested is twice a week for 6 weeks and then once a week for twelve weeks .....
at £30 a session.
Is it worth it?
I have had 2 sessions and didn't feel any different but is it a case of preventing future problems.
I could afford it but to be honest I prefer to spend it on travelling.
HELP what would you do?
