If nothings wrong you can carry on doing what you want to do as much or as little but you don’t want to miss the two weeks of summer do you !!!

Thank you all, seems I’m not alone. I do have plenty to occupy me and have a good social network but I keep having to cancel things which makes me feel like I’m letting people down.
Luckily I’m quite happy lying on the sofa reading so I’m not bored and have managed to remove most stresses from my life and the dog needs taking out for walks so I do get some exercise. But not near enough.
I’m concerned that feeling like this will make me depressed (I’ve been there in the past,) so really want to find out if anything’s wrong. With spring here, I just want to be out and about.

Yes a GP checkup. Hopefully a full blood count to include iron levels, vit D, B12, thyroid.

And if they tell you over the phone the results and say that everything is normal, go back to the GP to discuss further. I was told results were normal...and they were not.

We are at the end of a dismal long cold winter and the news is constantly worrying and upsetting which can make you feel worn out. Hope you get some answers and some help.

It could be a number of things as suggested above. But, just a thought, have you enough interesting things to occupy yourself? I don't mean housework. I find if my mind is not stretched in some way I get easily bored and then tired. Like you, I felt listless some time back but blood tests revealed nothing. I did wonder if I had had a virus of some kind. So did the doctor.

Get checked out it could be a number of things some serious some not so serious you re still young and should still be running around if you have no underlying health problems It could be as simple as a vitamin deficiency but it could b e a number of other things some more serious so get a good check up

Personally I'm wondering if I seem to need too much sleep currently might be because acid reflux has been playing up badly for a while and I suspect it might be disturbing my sleep (unbeknown to me). Working on it - just managed to find a decent (alternative) health book I think finally on it and so maybe I can get a good handle on it now. So maybe an illness is disturbing your sleep?

I think stress might be another factor - I keep working and working at removing the causes of stress but remove a couple and up pops another one and I feel mentally tired at forever having to deal with "Issues" - rather than just getting on with my life. My current house took so long to renovate too (11 years!!!!!!!!!) and a lot of that was not down to me. Trying to remind myself that the "bad neighbour" issues I've had since moving here seem to be substantially resolved finally and hopefully life will be "peaceful" now at last. So maybe it's an ongoing stress situation or a stress situation you've perhaps got a handle on at last - but it is wearing whilst dealing with it?

Is it our age? I can’t remember the last time I wasn’t tired. My life is busier than my mum’s was in mid seventies. Do we do too much

I’m feel exactly the same, especially over the last couple of weeks, sleep well but sitting here feel totally wiped out
I had a blood test about five weeks ago and everything was normal apparently 🤷‍♀️

I ended up with tablets for under active thyroid and B12 medication.

I'm the same. My GP thinks is due to arthritic pain and pain medication
