I suffered from stress incontinence for years - particularly bad when I had a cold/cough. I considered the pants advertised, but realised that if I needed to change them I'd have to take off trousers, and to do that shoes! I found the pads from Aldi good - 2 sizes available and much cheaper than Tena or Always. If I had a bad cold, I might saturate 8 pads in a day! But at least they were easily and quickly changed, unlike pants.
I no longer suffer in this way, as I posted before about the Bulkamid procedure I had. It's been very successful and tested by a cold recently! I still occasionally have a very slight leak when I cough suddenly, but a very light pad or a pair of period pants is sufficient.
