I have what I assume to be a trapped nerve in my elbow, running down to my little finger. I get a cold feeling running down from the elbow to the end of my finger, and it can be painful to the touch if I catch it in a particular way. It's intermittent, so not an injury and there's nothing to see at all.
I don't know what has caused it, but I knit a lot and wonder if that could have something to do with it. If there's a way of repairing it without giving up knitting, that would be great. It's gone on for months now, so I don't think it's going to go away on its own. All suggestions welcome, please?
