Covid jabs: Have you had yours?

DH and I went to a pharmacy to have our latest covid jab - no pain at all even though the rather gorgeous young man pushed the needle in virtually the whole length!

Today today however my arm is stiff - I can hardly raise it and I feel a bit tired. DH is fine. I'm hoping it will ease off by tomorrow as I've got a couple of meetings to attend. Still, better to be safe. Being over 75 can have some advantages! Do you agree?

So is it now a jab every six months? I thought that it was supposed to be just annually.
