Anyone heard this? - it was on Classic fm this morning. Apparently you get a reply within 90 seconds and then get the right medical treatment for you sorted! On which planet is this happening?

Not in my neighbourhood, (East Midlands) but I can remember a time when you could rely on them to answer quickly and on two occasions they managed to get me an expedited timed appointment at my local GP. Sigh, those were the days.
