Kidney stones and laser treatment

Hi. I will be having laser treatment for a kidney stone soon and was wondering if anyone has had similar procedure, how it went and after effects. Many thanks

Hi there, yes, I had a stag horn stone that was blasted. I had a stent fitted to widen everything out so that hopefully it would pass through.
I had to be sedated for the treatment , it was only partially successful, it was a long haul as part of the stone caused a blockage and then I got an ecoli infection.
I’m sorry I can’t be a bit more positive.
