Lump on elbow

I have similar behind one knee. Had it drained once but was told the fluid would come back, as it did. I suggest you see your GP about it.

Noticed a quite large cyst like ball on my elbow last night. No idea how long its been there. Not painful but quite squishy when you feel it, as though its got fluid in it. I did google and think it might be something called an olecranon bursa. Anybody had one. Just wondered if they disperse, do you leave them alone or do you have treatment.
Bit of a nightmare still getting a GP appointment.
