Went into the local town today and the NHS were offering free instant health checks for those aged 40 _70 not on medication for high BP or statins. Had my weight, height, BP, cholesterol, blood sugars checked in 15 mins. Apart from weight (bmi 29) all OK however I was weighed in coat, jeans, shoes etc. My results will be emailed to GP. Just wanted to say what a great idea offering a free health check I'm sure they will identify quite a few with health issues.
