I gather from Dr Campbells video, that a pale skinned person exposed to a day in the sun in the Northern hemisphere, will absorb on average 15,000iu of vit d3. A Somalian in the hit sun of Africa, also 15,000.
Its interesting that both skin colours regulate to the same ratio, isnt it?
I suppose that means that we have evolved to take in that much because our bodies need that level.
