Turmeric

Reading an awful lot about turmeric recently and the benefits from it .
Wondering if members have used turmeric successfully for treating serious conditions ?

I started a thread about turmeric a few weeks ago. I had a bad knee but it seems to have improved a lot since I started taking it.

We have been taking turmeric and black pepper daily since March as it benefits the lungs and we thought it wise because of Covid.

I’ve struggled to walk for quite a while now. My arthritic knee took a turn for the worse. I’m very slack about taking my golden paste and go through phases of taking it, which is what happened recently. I restarted it a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday I did a walk that I haven’t done for ages and the leg pain I was getting at night has gone. Maybe it’s a coincidence but I’m not going to stop taking it now. Also going to make some of that turmeric vodka stuff for purely medicinal purposes. Obviously wink

Oh we love turmeric for its colour, though never thought about its medicinal properties.
