Handwashing

My poor hands are ever so sore, especially my knuckles from all the extra hand washing to combat the virus. I never seem to be away from the sink and the gel travels everywhere with me. Could it be the antibacterial element? I’ve gone back to using a nice moisturising soap indoors until I can pop out and get some cream.

I noticed tonight my knuckles were very dry and sore. I mainly use Dove soap but have been washing much more than usual.
I'm going to use E45 overnight.

We keep hand cream next to every sink, put some on after each hand wash.
