I'm on a driving holiday with husband through Austria and Germany. Having a lovely time, but the trip involves a lot of city sightseeing and I'm finding that by the time I've walked around 7000 steps (on my Fitbit) my feet and ankles have swollen up to almost twice their normal size, and they begin to throb. They go down overnight to their normal size, but this has never happened before (we've had a few similar driving/city sightseeing holidays) and this is both worrying and annoying. Any ideas please as to what to do about this?
