Sorry didn’t see your latest post Grand. Re the CA125 - a high reading might mean ovarian( or another gynae ) cancer but could be elevated because of a benign condition - such as fibroids, endometriosis , benign ovarian tumours etc. However, a low level is not an all clear as the cancer may be in an early stage. But as you are now urgently referred to a gynaecologist as you say you can discuss all this with him. Will send you a PM
