Shake a leg

I have a horrible habit of jiggling my legs, e.g. at the dining table. It sends my family mad. I can now tell them I am doing it for my bone health .

Marydoll I thought that somewhere it said that it might be available by 2045 - but I now can't find that. By then I would be 106.
